We are looking for a dynamic and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in the transport and logistics sector. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

 
 
 

Your main tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Providing clear and accurate information about our services.
  • Following up on requests and complaints.
  • Entering customer data into our management system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Welcoming drivers and handling their requests.
  • Providing support to our dispatching department.

Desired profile:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken French.
  • Knowledge of Dutch or English is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and good listening skills.
  • Commercial, dynamic, and proactive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (Office suite, management software).
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
