Your main tasks:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing clear and accurate information about our services.
- Following up on requests and complaints.
- Entering customer data into our management system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Welcoming drivers and handling their requests.
- Providing support to our dispatching department.
Desired profile:
- Excellent command of written and spoken French.
- Knowledge of Dutch or English is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset and good listening skills.
- Commercial, dynamic, and proactive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (Office suite, management software).
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
